Judge speaks out in Zeta case

Not plain sailing for Cat and Mick
Squeezing a couple of mill out of Hello! for wedding photie stress-hell is looking trickier than expected for the Zeta-Joneses.

Judge Justice Lindsay (amazing coincidence that all judges have the Christian name Justice, isn't it?) is presiding over the privacy case, which has seen Catherine Zeta-Jones and hubster Michael Douglas sue Hello! magazine for "stress, loss of income and damage to their careers" (BBC) over snaps taken on their wedding day. The couple had signed an exclusive £1m deal with rival OK! magazine.

However, the judge has claimed weddings are public occasions, ("a public sign of a private arrangement") and cited the Book Of Common Prayer to back this up.

Zeta-Jones and Douglas return to give evidence in the witness box on Monday.
