Looks like poor Catherine Zeta-Jones will have to do more time in the courtroom.
Having barely recovered from the trauma of having her wedding crashed by heartless paparazzi, the actress is now suing French cosmetics company Caudalie.
The $22 million suit accuses Caudalie of unlawfully using Zeta-Jones' name to sell products on its website, reports E!Online.
So what evil did Caudalie have the gall to inflict on the Welsh beauty? The suit accuses the company of boasting that Zeta-Jones "was spotted buying the complete Caudalie range of skin care."
Zeta-Jones denies ever using the company's goods, and says she never gave permission for her name to be used to promote the beauty line.
She did, however, sign a mega-dollar deal to hawk Elizabeth Arden cosmetic products last year.
