ZETA BACKS CAMPAIGN
Catherine Zeta Jones and Julianne Moore have added their voices to a harrowing US commercial which warns women about anorexia.

The celebrity mothers have never suffered at the hands of an eating disorder themselves.

But they were keen to help emphasise the problems anorexia causes when they learned of the growing numbers of teenage girls who go to extremes to stay thin.

In the black and white pencil-drawn animated advertisements, young girls are seen throwing up into toilet bowls.

Moore states: "You'll be dead before you're thin enough."

Zeta Jones adds: "You cannot flush away your problems."
