Actress Catherine Zeta Jones's family home is up for sale in South Wales.
The Hollywood star's parents Dai and Pat Jones have put their four-bedroom house in Swansea on the market for £425,000 - a little over $750,000 on current exchange rates.
They are thought to be moving to the brand new £1million home Catherine and husband Michael Douglas are having built in the nearby fishing village of The Mumbles.
The house, in the sought-after Mayals district of Swansea, is described by local estate agent Peter Alan as a "tastefully presented detached corner property, situated in sought after location". It is within walking distance of Clyne Gardens and Golf Club and is offered with no buying chain.
Swansea is a current property "hotspot" with prices rising by more than 50% in the last 12 months, according to analysts.
