DELHI: The 2004 International Film Festival of India (IFFI) is all set to move
into its permanent venue, Goa, this November with the authorities sorting out
their dispute with the local green
environmentalists who were resisting the plan to turn Goa into India's Cannes
have been appeased by abandoning a construction project that became the point of
ministry sources, however, insist that the "modification" is at no cost to their
grand plans for the event. "A closer scrutiny showed that we could do without
the construction that was the sore point for the

be on till December 9.
