CZJ court case go ahead
Last updated 16 September 2004

Catherine Zeta Jones

Dawnette Knight, the woman accused of making threatening phone calls to Catherine Zeta Jones is to go on trial in Los Angeles.

A judge says there is enough evidence against Dawnette Knight and her fate should be decided by a jury.

Her lawyers say she just had a crush on Michael Douglas and her phone calls were harmless but if found guilty she could find herself in prison for nearly 20 years.
