Zeta-Jones sues strip club over image

Actress Catherine Zeta-Jones is suing a strip club in Nevada for using her image to promote the club, without her consent.

The star has filed a suit against The Spice House after discovering that she featured in an advertising campaign alongside partially naked women in various sexually explicit poses.

According to the lawsuit, Zeta-Jones was featured on several pages of the club's website, without her permission.

Kent Wallace, owner of The Spice House, claims that his web designer took the image of Zeta-Jones from a website without recognising her, and that the pictures were taken down as soon as the actress' lawyer contacted him.

Zeta-Jones is seeking unspecified damages for the misuse of her image.
