Catherine Zeta-Jones is in talks to star in, and may produce, the big screen adaptation of Irish author Marian Keyes' book 'Rachel's Holiday'.
Variety reports that the film tells the story of a woman who overdoses on sleeping pills and finds herself brought back from New York to a Dublin rehab clinic where she re-evaluates her life.
Keyes' 'Lucy Sullivan is Getting Married' and 'Watermelon' were turned into TV series, while her book 'Last Chance Saloon' was adapted for the French film 'Au secours, j'ai trente ans!'.
Zeta-Jones will next be seen on Irish cinema screens in 'Ocean's Twelve'; it opens on Friday 4 February.
