LOS ANGELES (Zap2it.com) - A British magazine that published unauthorized photos of Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas' wedding won't have to pay additional damages to the couple nor to a rival publication that owned the exclusive rights to the photos.
On Wednesday, May 18, a judge dismissed an appeal by the couple for Hello! magazine to pay an increase over the initial $26,800 in damages awarded them in November 2003, reports Reuters.
Zeta-Jones was horrified by the wedding pictures, some of which showed Douglas feeding her cake. During the 2003 trial, she told the court, "I felt devastated ... I felt violated."
