CATHERINE Zeta-Jones is keen to show she hasn't lost the common touch - by revealing she camps with her kids and husband Michael Douglas.

Despite homes in Bermuda, Mallorca, New York and Cardiff, and a recently acquired property in a Canadian ski resort, Catherine insists she's just as happy under canvas.

The Legend of Zorro star said her children Dylan, five, and Carys, two, were "not Hollywood brats" and are unaffected by their parents' fame.

Catherine, 36, added: "We camp in the garden, have a little fishing boat. We're a normal family.

"We don't swan around in Rolls-Royces, we swan around in a Peugeot, so we buy homes."

The star has taken a year out from filming to focus on her family.
