The Philadelphia Daily News reports Janet Jackson and her boyfriend, Jermaine Dupri, recently learned the singer is pregnant -- just days after her ex-brother-in-law told New York radio station WQHT she has an 18-year-old daughter.

Young DeBarge, the brother of Jackson's ex-hubby, James DeBarge, claims the child, named Renee, has been living with the eldest Jackson sister, Rebbie. Janet's rep has not denied the claims but said her client would have no comment.

Jackson, 39, was briefly married to James DeBarge in 1984. She secretly married Rene Elizondo Jr. in 1991; they separated in 1999, according to The Associated Press.

Foxy mama

Catherine Zeta-Jones sizzles in "The Legend of Zorro," but the Hollywood mama no longer worries about "whether I'm on the best-dressed list." The 36-year-old diva told Life magazine, "As long as I've got a dress on, I'm happy these days."

Is Gwyneth pregnant?

Star magazine is reporting Gwyneth Paltrow and her hubby, rocker Chris Martin, soon will add another baby to the bushel.

When Paltrow's mother, Blythe Danner, was asked if she's going to be a grandma again, Danner reportedly replied, "Yes, I am." A moment later she added, "Well, I think so. I have not checked lately."

Paltrow, 33, and Martin, 28, have a 16-month-old daughter, Apple.

Baby bet

Amid increasing speculation that Jay-Z, 35, and Beyoncé, 24, are destined to have a baby sometime soon, an online-gambling site is taking bets on the alleged love child.

Odds are 2 to 1 the couple will have a little girl, 2 to 5 the kid will be born between April and June, and 3 to 1 the power pair will wed before Dec. 31.

No way, Jose

When Jose Canseco received $50,000 in March for his role as a celebrity cast member on VH1's "The Surreal Life," he pledged one-fifth of the cash to the Jenesee Center for Battered Women in Los Angeles, but seven months later the former baseball star still hasn't delivered, reports the New York Daily News.

"I thought we'd worked things out," said Robert Saunooke, Canseco's lawyer.

Canseco was arrested in November 1997 for hitting his now ex-wife, Jessica. He was sentenced to probation and required to attend counseling.
