Best bets on TV

'Project Runway'

10 p.m., Bravo

This addictive reality show was a breakout hit earlier this year, and now it's back for a second spin through the world of style, fashion and catty commentary. Model Heidi Klum returns as the host, with designer Michael Kors and Elle Magazine's Nina Garcia providing advice on the industry to the fashionista wannabes. What really grabbed viewers' attention, though, was all the 'tude projected by the contestants, some of them talented, some of them not so much. Based on tonight's opener, the new group is a bit more skilled at design but still has that eagerness to diss the competition.
