Zeta-Jones hopes to emulate Cher

Hollywood actress Catherine Zeta-Jones has revealed she craves to trade in her movie career for the glitz and glamour of a showgirl, according to The Sun newspaper.

Zeta-Jones, married to fellow big-screen star Michael Douglas, says her hero is Cher and she'd love to start doing an all singing, all dancing performance similar to her role in 2003 movie, 'Chicago'.

She said: "I want to do a Vegas show. I had a video of Cher in Vegas I saw as a kid and I watched it so much it got kind of warped. Get me the head-dress and high heels, and I'll be there."

The Welsh-born beauty recently starred in 'The Legend of Zorro' and is working on several films to be released next year, including 'Coming Out', a comedy about a struggling Welsh rugby team.
