BRING IT ON -- A big "Rah!" to this spirited 2000 comedy set in the world of competitive cheerleading. Kirsten Dunst does some image breaking as Torrance, the new captain of one of the teams. (7 p.m., ABC Family)

AIR BUD -- A player with plenty of raw basketball talent meets a misfit schoolboy who teaches him the finer points of the game. The only catch: The hoop phenom is a golden retriever called Buddy. (7 p.m., Animal Planet)

PANDEMIC -- Covering some of the same ground as 1995's "Outbreak" but updated for scarier times, this new thriller tells the fictional but plausible story of a deadly plague that starts on an Australia-to-California flight and spreads throughout Los Angeles. (8 p.m., Hallmark)

OVER THE HEDGE -- Animated animals rule again in this entertaining 2006 comedy. Bruce Willis supplies the voice of a raccoon who needs to replenish the food stash of a bear (voice of Nick Nolte) from whom he unwisely swiped some nourishment. (8 p.m., HBO)

CHICAGO -- Six Oscars, including best picture, went to director Rob Marshall's high-energy 2002 screen adaptation of John Kander and Fred Ebb's cynical stage musical about a Jazz Age murderess (Renee Zellweger). She tries to parlay her notoriety into a showbiz career with the help of a slick defense attorney (Richard Gere). Catherine Zeta-Jones won an Academy Award for best supporting actress as a spouse-slaying chanteuse. (8 p.m., NBC)

DARK STORM -- And you thought global warming was bad. In this terrifying new tale, an experimental weapon malfunctions in the laboratory, giving a scientist the ability to control the weather. (9 p.m., SciFi Channel)

MAD TV -- Is there a doctor in the house? No, just Kate Walsh, who plays one on TV. The "Grey's Anatomy" star makes a house call to the sketch comedy series, playing a mom who organizes a scavenger hunt for her child's party ... which leads to some embarrassing finds. (11 p.m., Fox)
